I had an epic culinary journey here! The waffles were so fluffy, they were practically floating. Plus, the hammam was a unique experience—don't miss it! The staff were incredibly attentive, and the complimentary red wine was a delightful surprise.
Now, about the cheeky bits, you can hear the hustle and bustle at midnight, and that hallway light? Yeah, it stays on—definitely annoying when you're trying to snooze.

Rooftop Views to Remember
The hotel's rooftop terrace offers breathtaking views of Istanbul, especially during sunset. The multi-lingual staff provided personalized service that made us feel at home each day. The hammam experience was truly exceptional. make sure to book a treatment with Sara, who was fantastic!
Wi-Fi connectivity struggles occurred during my stay, particularly during a brief power outage, although the management arranged for access in the restaurant, which was helpful.

The rooftop terrace offers breathtaking views of Istanbul.
I encountered significant noise disturbances at night that prevented me from sleeping. Additionally, the cramped room felt like a struggle, and I was frustrated with the unreliable Wi-Fi connectivity during power outages. Overall, it was troubling that the electrical issues seemed emblematic of a larger problem in the area, leaving me feeling unsettled during my stay.

The location is unbeatable, with major attractions just minutes away. The staff's dedication to exceptional hospitality is evident. they went above and beyond to assist with tours and were always friendly and welcoming. The on-site spa offers an impressive hamam experience that shouldn't be missed. However, the room felt slightly cramped, and the bar's drink options were limited. Also, the breakfast selection could use more variety to enhance the dining experience.
